- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cups vegetable oil (a little more for the mold)
- 1 cups grated Parmesan
- 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations (for me Pizzaiolo)

- 3.5 oz smoked cheese (or mozzarella or provolone in cubes)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE SAVORY ASPARAGUS LOAF CAKE RECIPE
In a bowl, pour the oat drink, eggs, vegetable oil, and adjust with salt and pepper.
Beat and mix well, then add the grated Parmesan, flour sifted with yeast for savory pies.
While mixing, also add the pieces of asparagus and smoked cheese or another cheese of your choice in cubes.
Grease and flour the loaf cake mold, then pour the freshly made mixture, arranging the remaining asparagus on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F static mode, cooking for 40/45 minutes
