Yogurt and Fruit Cup Ready in 5 Minutes (No-Cook)

in ,

The yogurt and fruit cup ready in 5 minutes is one of those simple and quick recipes that immediately becomes a kitchen classic. Perfect when you have little time but don’t want to give up something fresh, creamy and at the same time light, it’s ideal both as a last-minute dessert and as a satisfying, healthy breakfast or snack.
This version is made with Greek yogurt, honey and lemon zest, for a fragrant and velvety cream, enriched with fresh fruit and an irresistible crunchy touch. To give structure and flavor to the cup I used Monviso currant and blueberry rusks, featured in the Degustabox April 2026: fragrant, slightly sweet and perfect for creating a pleasant contrast with the softness of the yogurt.
The great thing about this recipe is its versatility: you can customize it according to the season, the ingredients you have at home or simply your tastes. Just change the fruit to get a different variation each time, always keeping the same simple and quick base.
In a few steps you’ll get an elegant, colorful and inviting cup, also perfect to serve in showy glasses to impress with a no-cook preparation that delivers a truly surprising result.

Ingredients for the yogurt and fruit cup ready in 5 minutes:

  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt 0% fat
  • 2 slices toasted rusks (we used Monviso currant and blueberry)
  • 2 oz fresh fruit
  • 2 teaspoons acacia honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Tools for the yogurt and fruit cup ready in 5 minutes:

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Bowl small

Steps to prepare the yogurt and fruit cup ready in 5 minutes:

  • Start by preparing the cream: in a bowl pour the Greek yogurt, add the honey and a little grated lemon zest, then mix well until you obtain a smooth, creamy and fragrant texture.
Continue by breaking the toasted rusks with your hands, trying to get irregular pieces but not too small, so as to keep a pleasant texture in the cup.

  • At this point take a glass or cup and create the first layer by spreading a few tablespoons of the yogurt cream on the bottom. Then add the broken rusks and cover with another layer of cream, trying to distribute it evenly.

  • Finish with the chosen fresh fruit and, if you like, add a drizzle of honey to make everything even more indulgent.
Let the cup rest in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes before serving: this way the rusks will soften slightly and the flavors will meld perfectly, while still maintaining a pleasant contrast of textures.

Notes and variations:

You can prepare this cup all year round by simply changing the fruit:
🌸 Spring
