Pesto and Ham Sandwich is an easy summer recipe with guaranteed success! In summer, you want to eat something fresh and tasty, but above all quick to make, for example, I often prepare sandwiches with tomato and mozzarella or crostini with tomato and stracciatella.
The version today is really appetizing and versatile: you can use classic bread or a baguette, lightly toast it in a pan and fill it with good pesto, if you can make it at home the day before, even better! Add fresh tomatoes, cooked ham, and melting cheese. Try them right away and let me know what you think!
