- 10.5 oz pumpkin (sliced)
- 4 tsps wildflower honey
- 4 tsps mixed seeds
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil (for the pumpkin)

Steps
To make Air Fryer Brie and Pumpkin, cut the pumpkin into slices about two centimeters thick and remove the skin. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Cut them into cubes and season with a little fine salt, after placing them in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. If desired, you can also add some pepper to enhance the flavor.
Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil. Mix with a spoon to distribute the seasoning.
