Steps
To make the Apple Cake with Raisins, first wash, peel the apples, remove the core and stem, and cut them into small cubes.
Melt the butter as you prefer, in a double boiler, or in the microwave and let it cool.
Drizzle the apples with the lemon juice and mix well.
Set aside.
In the bowl, place the flour with the sugar, potato starch, and baking powder.
Mix with a fork.
Add the eggs, milk, raisins, and butter and continue mixing.
Mix well and add the apples.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, wet and wrung out, and pour the batter leveling it.
Bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes, when it is nicely golden, do the toothpick test to check for doneness.
If it comes out nice and dry, the cake is ready.
Let it cool well before removing it from the pan.
