Beef slices in white wine, an easy and super delicious main course, very succulent to make in just a few simple steps.
This is a recipe I make especially when I don’t have much time and I want a really good but easy meat dish.
My advice is to choose slices with a bit of fat.
During cooking, it will make the slices even softer and juicier.
Let’s see how to prepare it, and if you love simple yet delicious meat recipes, here below are some ideas for inspiration.

Ingredients
- 8 slices beef (medium, or 4 large with a bit of fat)
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp fine salt (for breading)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup white onion (diced)
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 pinches fine salt (for cooking)
- 1/2 cup water
Tools
- 1 Plate
- 1 Fork
- 1 Pan
- 1 Glass
Steps
To prepare the Beef Slices in White Wine, first prepare the breading by mixing the all-purpose flour with the pepper and salt in a plate.
Mix with a fork.
Bread all the slices on both sides and place them on a plate.
Dice the onion into small cubes and sauté it in the extra virgin olive oil, over low heat, for 2 minutes.
Place the slices in the pan and brown them well on the sides.
Pour the wine and let it evaporate.
Then pour in the water and adjust the salt.
Cooking will be complete when the water has almost completely evaporated and the meat is nicely colored.
If you don’t want to use water, you can cover the meat after the wine has evaporated with a lid, adjusting the salt at this point.
Remember to turn the meat often.
Serve it with a delicious and simple cherry tomato salad, dressed with oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar.
