As I mentioned, this recipe is really easy to make.
Just put the ingredients in the blender bowl or in a bowl and blend them, ensuring the ingredients are well combined.
Then, cook as you would traditional crepes.

- 3.5 oz baby spinach
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp butter (plus extra for the crepe maker)
- 1/2 cup milk
- pinch fine salt

Steps
To make the Blender Spinach Crepes, first melt the butter in the microwave or in a small pan over very low heat.
Let it cool slightly.
Put all the ingredients required in the recipe into the blender.
Blend until you get a smooth mixture, then pour it into a bowl and remove any lumps with a hand whisk if necessary.
In a 20 cm crepe maker, melt a little butter over low heat.
I usually add some every three crepes to make things easier.
Pour a slightly less than full ladle of batter and rotate the pan to spread it out well.
Let the crepe thicken, and when the first bubbles form, flip it and continue cooking for 30 seconds.
Continue until all the batter is used. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to two days.
