Blueberry Smoothie with Greek Yogurt, a simple and refreshing recipe to enjoy at any time of the day.
The smoothie has entered our homes very recently.
Not everyone knows what it is, though.
A smoothie is a fresh beverage made by blending fruits and vegetables with soy, rice, or oat milk and Greek or low-fat yogurt. Its name comes from the word smooth, which means “light”.

- 1 Spoon
Steps
To make the Blueberry Smoothie with Greek Yogurt, only a few simple steps are needed.
You can use an immersion blender instead of the classic blender.
Wash the blueberries and dry them.
Place them in the mixer, setting some aside for the final decoration.
Add the Greek yogurt. Pour in the agave syrup and blend.
We need to achieve a creamy consistency.
Pour the mixture into two glasses and pour half of the milk called for in the recipe into each.
Decorate with the blueberries when ready to enjoy.
The smoothie should be enjoyed on the same day.
If you want to prepare it in advance, let it rest in the fridge in a bottle or an appropriate container with a lid.
