Bon bon frozen yogurt

Bon bon frozen yogurt, basically a simple frozen yogurt to make but in single servings, tasty, fresh, summery.

But perfect to make in other seasons of the year simply by changing the chosen fruit.

In this recipe, you will find agave syrup which is the sweetener I used to soften the taste of non-fat Greek yogurt. Alternatively, you can use honey in the same quantity.

You will find Greek yogurt in many of my recipes, not just summer ones.

Below, I leave you some easy ideas in which to use it.

  • Difficulty: Very easy
  • Cost: Very cheap

  • 1 Tablespoon
  • 1 Piping bag

  • Parchment paper

Steps

  • To make Bon bon frozen yogurt, first pour the Greek yogurt into a small bowl and add the agave syrup.

Mix until you get a smooth cream.

Place it inside a piping bag that will help us form the bon bons.

  • Wash and dry the blueberries and apricots and cut the latter into pieces.

Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and form the yogurt bon bons.

With the help of a piping bag, form the bon bons and decorate them with apricot pieces, a blueberry, and dark chocolate chips.

  • Once finished, let them rest in the freezer for at least two hours.

You can enjoy them cold or put them inside a vegetable milk-based drink to make it even fresher.
