Breaded Primo Sale Cheese cooked in an air fryer, with double breading, an easy and quick recipe perfect when you have no idea what to prepare for dinner or lunch and want something super-fast to prepare in a few steps. Especially, it makes little mess and you can just add a simple lamb’s lettuce salad for a rather complete dish. For this recipe, you can use gluten-free breadcrumbs or turmeric-flavored ones, homemade or the simplest you find on the market or have at home. I like the bright yellow color it gets with this breading and also the final taste, so if you like it, feel free to follow my advice. At the end of the recipe, I leave other alternative cooking ideas, while below I share other ideas for consuming Primo Sale cheese.

Steps
To make the Breaded Primo Sale Cheese cooked in an air fryer, first dry the primo sale cheese well with a paper towel.
In a bowl, work the two eggs with a fork until you get a creamy consistency.
Dip the primo sale cheese first in the egg and gently shake off the excess.
Now, coat the slice in flour, pressing gently on the edges for good cheese sealing.
Then repeat the egg coating step, making sure the cheese is well immersed for an even coating on all sides.
Again, repeat this time in the chosen breadcrumbs, always remembering to press the primo sale cheese piece well.
Place the cheese in the air fryer basket, spacing it slightly. If this is not possible because the basket is small, proceed with two separate cooking sessions.
Bake the cheese at 356°F for 5-7 minutes depending on the type of doneness you desire. Serve accompanied by this primo sale cheese in the way you prefer or as I suggested in the description.
