Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes Au Gratin in Air Fryer, an easy and tasty side dish perfect for accompanying all types of meat. Brussels sprouts are one of those ingredients that I think inspire little in the kitchen, and I, who love them, often try to make them in a simple and tasty, yet light way that pleases everyone in the family. This time I chose to cook them in an air fryer after a quick blanching in water. You can also choose to steam cook in this case for both ingredients, being careful not to overcook the potatoes. A quick recap on what Brussels sprouts are and then let’s move on to reading the recipe, if you wish. The Brussels sprout is an edible axillary bud of the Brassica oleracea. It has a round shape and consists of overlapping green leaves. It’s rich in nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants and has few calories. Below I leave you another idea for using this ingredient, while at the end of the recipe I answer the most common questions.

FAQ (Questions and Answers)
Can I cook them in the oven?
Certainly, only the cooking times will vary, but the preparation procedure will be the same. Place the ingredients in a slightly greased or buttered baking dish before baking in the oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.

Do I have to blanch the ingredients first?
For optimal results, I recommend doing so. If you don’t, the cooking times for the final gratin will certainly change.
