Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 3/4 cup sugar (plus more for the top)
- 3 eggs
- 3.4 oz sunflower seed oil
- 1.7 oz milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 vial orange flavoring
- 7 oz berry jam

Steps
To make the Cake with Berry Jam, first mix the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and frothy.
Finally, still stirring, add the milk and sunflower seed oil.
Combine the flour and sifted potato starch with the baking powder.
Finally, add the orange flavoring and continue mixing until all lumps are removed.
Pour into a greased and floured pan.
Level and add the jam in spoonfuls, distributing it over the surface of the cake.
Sprinkle the top abundantly with granulated sugar.
Bake in a preheated fan oven at 356°F for 40-45 minutes, checking with a toothpick.
If it comes out dry, the Cake with Berry Jam is ready.
