Steps
To make the Colored White Chocolate for Carnival, first melt the white chocolate in a dry bowl.
In the microwave, use 750-800w power for 4 minutes in several intervals, stirring occasionally, being careful not to burn the chocolate.
If using the double boiler method, place the chocolate in a small pot with handles.
Pour water into a larger pot. The level should remain below the small pot, which should be supported by the handles.
Melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring often.
