The Tip
Thanks to the inherent saltiness of feta, I didn’t add salt, but you can choose whether to add some or not according to your taste. Personally, I decided to make a completely vegan recipe, but you can easily substitute the ingredients with those you prefer, especially if you don’t have any intolerance issues. Maybe replacing feta with fontal or grated Parmesan will make it even more delicious.
