Grape Chia Pudding with Hay Milk Yogurt

Grape Chia Pudding with Hay Milk Yogurt, a different proposal from the usual, made using a different kind of yogurt, with hay milk. What differences does it have compared to the yogurts I usually use for my recipes? Visually, it appears white and firm. It’s a product that uses milk from cows fed with hay, grass, and legumes, without GMO feed, certified with the European STG mark. It’s creamy and rich in nutrients, very pleasant to taste. There are several versions available commercially, but I preferred to use the plain natural one. Below I leave you some of my most important chia pudding recipes, while at the end of the recipe I answer the most frequent questions.
