Tartlets with practically no baking.
Just melt the butter in the microwave or in a double boiler to create a delicious base in a few steps.
And you use ready-made cookies so no additional baking is required.
To complete this delicious recipe, you’ll need your favorite jam and some chopped nuts.
They keep well in the refrigerator, and to form them, you’ll need a sturdy cupcake liner and a tartlet or muffin mold to maintain the shape.
Below, I leave you with my favorite summer, and not, no-bake dessert recipes for inspiration.

Place the cookies in the mixer and blend them until you get a sandy texture.
In a bowl, mix the butter very well with the crushed cookies.
Take a portion of the mixture and place it in a cupcake liner, shaping the edges and the part that will hold the jam with slightly moistened hands.
Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Take the tartlets and fill them with jam.
Decorate with the preferred nuts and place in the fridge to set until ready to serve, for at least one and a half hours.
Enjoy cold.
