Ingredients
- 6.17 oz ladyfingers
- 7.05 oz cow's milk ricotta
- 3 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
- to taste blueberries

Steps
To make the No-Bake Truffles with Ricotta and Ladyfingers, first drain the ricotta well in a strainer.
Meanwhile, place the ladyfingers in the mixer bowl and grind them very finely. You should achieve a sandy consistency.
Combine the ricotta with the ladyfingers.
Mix well with a spoon or fork until you get a homogeneous consistency.
Take about 1.4 oz of mixture and work it quickly with slightly damp hands.
Make a hole in the center and place a previously washed and dried blueberry inside.
Work it gently pressing it, until you get a spherical shape.
Proceed until all the ingredients are used up.
Prepare the cocoa powder and roll the truffles in it, making it adhere well.
Place them in a paper cup.
Let them rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour before enjoying them.
