No-Cook Mango Overnight Porridge

No-cook mango overnight porridge, you can indeed add dark chocolate chips or flakes if you don’t want to melt it.

I used the microwave at 500w for two minutes in several rounds to avoid burning the dark chocolate, but you can also use the bain-marie technique.

Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup mango (Only pulp)
  • 3/4 cup water (Room temperature)
  • 1.75 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

For the Porridge

  • 2 Small Bowls
  • 1 Immersion Blender
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Microwave
  • 1 Small Bowl

Steps

  • To prepare the No-Cook Mango Overnight Porridge, first clean the mango by removing the central pit and cutting it into cubes.

    Set aside a portion for the final decoration.

  • Place the rolled oats in a bowl and pour the water.
    Mix.
    If desired, you can add sweetener, half a teaspoon will be enough.

  • While the mixture rests, blend the mango with the Greek yogurt until you obtain a smooth mixture.

  • Combine the mango cream with the oatmeal and water mixture and stir to incorporate the ingredients.

  • Pour into two glasses suitable for holding the porridge.

  • Decorate with a few pieces of mango set aside.

  • At this point, you can melt the chocolate or add it as flakes or chips.
    Let rest in the refrigerator overnight.

  • When ready to enjoy, garnish with coconut flour.
