In fact, with this tool, it will be possible to reduce the cooking time by at least 10 minutes. The perch fish, known in Italy simply as persico, is a freshwater fish with soft and delicate meat. - Cooking methods: Air Frying
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: All Seasons
Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs Perch fish (already cleaned)
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- to taste pepper
- to taste fine salt
- 2.8 oz breadcrumbs (mine flavored with turmeric)
Tools
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Knife
- 1 Cutting Board
- 1 Air Fryer Paper
- 1 Air Fryer
- 2 Tablespoons
Steps
To make the Perch Bites in an air fryer, first dry the fish well with paper towels and, on a cutting board, cut it first lengthwise and then obtain similar-sized cubes from each strip.
In a large bowl, pour the obtained perch bites. Add the extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, possibly freshly ground, fine salt, and breadcrumbs. I used the yellow one flavored with turmeric, but you can use your preferred breadcrumbs.
Mix well with two tablespoons but gently, so as not to ruin the perch bites.
Pour the contents into the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Cook at 356°F for 15 minutes.
Serve the perch bites, still hot, with a delicious salad of cherry or grape tomatoes, or with a fresh leafy green version, such as iceberg lettuce or romaine lettuce previously washed and cleaned.
FAQ (Questions and Answers)

Certainly, at the same temperature, slightly increasing the cooking time, in a preheated convection oven for 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
