Pork Loin Rolls

Pork loin rolls stuffed with cooked ham and cheese, a simple and tasty main course ready in just a few steps.

This recipe is prepared in just a few minutes and cooks in 25 minutes.

The important thing is not to let the meat dry out too much, so my advice is to turn it halfway through cooking and then again for the last 5 minutes in the oven.

As you can see in the steps, I flattened the meat with a rolling pin, between two sheets of baking paper, to make it thinner. You can easily use a meat mallet instead.

Pork loin is a boneless cut of meat, derived from the loin muscle.
