Potato and Cooked Ham Millefeuille without Precooking

Potato and cooked ham millefeuille without precooking, a simple and tasty main course that, in this case, for a single baking stage, we will make using a mandoline to obtain thin slices. It’s an easy recipe that requires just a few extra minutes of preparation, but only if you want, to let the potatoes rest for about 30 minutes in salt water which will allow them to release some starch and give a better final result. For its composition you can get creative as you prefer, in round pans or in rectangular molds like loaf pans. The final result will not change. Below I leave you other potato recipes while at the end of the recipe I will answer the most common questions on this topic.

  • Continue alternating the layers until you run out of ingredients. On the top layer do not put cooked ham, only potatoes with mozzarella and grated cheese.
