Zucchini sticks with spicy paprika, a tasty side dish that’s easy to make in just a few minutes.

Try this recipe also with eggplants.

Zucchini are among my favorite ingredients, especially during the summer when they are most used. I prepare them in the microwave, in the oven, or in a pan if I want to make quick and easy recipes. But they are also perfect for making all kinds of main courses.

Also try zucchini gnocchi without eggs in the dough.
