The Extra Idea
After cooking, once cooled, you can decorate the meringues with dark chocolate strands. Or gently mix a little cinnamon or hazelnut flour into the batter with a spatula, with an upward motion, to achieve an even better-tasting meringue. Then proceed as explained above with a piping bag and baking.
