Ingredients
- 4 slices veal (carpaccio, therefore thin)
- 12 slices speck
- 4 sticks cheese (stretched curd)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- to taste fine salt
- to taste breadcrumbs

Steps
To prepare the Veal and Speck Rolls, first place three slices of speck side by side on a cutting board.
Lay the slice of meat on them and place the cheese stick at one end.
Roll up very well.
Beat an egg, after adding a pinch of salt, with a fork.
Dip the roll, drain it well, and pass it in breadcrumbs.
Place the roll in a baking dish and proceed until all ingredients are used.
Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and bake in a preheated fan oven at 365°F for 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before enjoying.
