  • 2.6 lbs pork ribs
  • 2.2 lbs potatoes
  • 2 peppers
  • to taste BBQ PORK & RIBS LA DROGHERIA 1880
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps

  • To prepare this tasty recipe with pork ribs, start by seasoning them with the BBQ PORK & RIBS LA DROGHERIA 1880 herb and spice mix. Place the ribs in a bowl with 5-6 twists of the BBQ PORK & RIBS LA DROGHERIA 1880 grinder, then mix and let marinate for half an hour.

  • In the meantime, peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges or cubes if you prefer, wash them under running water, and then pat them dry. Wash the peppers, clean them inside from seeds, and cut them into strips or cubes.

  • Place the ribs in a roasting pan, add the potatoes and peppers, mix everything together, add more BBQ PORK & RIBS LA DROGHERIA 1880, extra virgin olive oil, mix again and bake in a preheated fan oven at 356°F for about 30 minutes. 

    Remove everything from the oven when the ribs are nicely browned and the potatoes and peppers are well roasted. Serve the ribs with hot potatoes and peppers, an easy and delicious second course!

The baked ribs with potatoes and peppers can be stored for two days in the fridge, just reheat everything in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes before serving at the table.
