The potato rosettes are really easy to prepare, you can also make them ahead and bake them at the last moment, you’ll see, at the table everyone will love this dish! Ingredients

  • 2 packages Aia Whole Chicken Fillet Bites
  • 14 oz potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.8 oz oz soft butter
  • to taste fine salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Steps

  • Start by boiling the potatoes, when they are cooked, mash them with all the peel using the potato masher, one at a time, collecting the puree in a bowl. Add the egg, then mix well.

  • Also add the salt, Parmesan, nutmeg and mix well to combine the ingredients. Put the mixture in a pastry bag with a star nozzle, then on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make the potato rosettes.

  • Bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes, the last 10 minutes also add the Aia Whole Chicken Fillet Bites to the oven. Once everything is cooked, serve it hot at the table; you will see how good it is! Crispy chicken bites on the outside and very soft on the inside, and soft and tasty potato rosettes!
