Ingredients

  • 30 Pavesini Aloha (3 snack packs)
  • 7 oz ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • to taste shredded coconut (for coating)
  • to taste milk
  • to taste mint syrup

Steps

  • Start by preparing the cream, place the ricotta in a bowl, soften it with a spoon, add the powdered sugar and mix to obtain a homogeneous cream.

    To this, always mixing, add the shredded coconut and white chocolate chips.

    Put the cream in a pastry bag.

  • In a bowl, pour some milk and mint syrup, mix and dip the Pavesini Aloha only on the back side. Now with the help of the pastry bag, stuff half of the cookies and then pair them with the other half unstuffed. Finally, roll them in shredded coconut, place them on a tray, and let them cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

    Serve the no-bake coconut, mint, and white chocolate treats cold from the fridge, beautifully fresh, they will be devoured first with the eyes and then with the mouth, an amazing and endless delight!
