I always make a bit more, store it in the fridge so if I have guests, I serve it fresh and very creamy! Coffee cream ready in a minute, you can choose which coffee to use, important that it’s instant coffee, decaffeinated coffee works too, and the same goes for sugar, you can add more or less depending on how sweet you want the coffee cream. - 2 tbsps instant coffee
- 1 cup sugar

Steps
To prepare the coffee cream, take a large bowl, I used a steel one so once put in the fridge it stayed cold for a longer time outside. Pour the ice-cold water from the fridge into the bowl.
Pour in the instant coffee and then the sugar, now start whisking with the electric beaters, I recommend starting at a low speed and then increasing it to the maximum.
Whisk until you have a nice fluffy and firm mixture, taste it and if you feel it’s bitter you can add more sugar and whisk again, otherwise leave it as it is.
The coffee cream is ready, now you can choose to enjoy it immediately, but you will find that it is not cold, so to consume it cold you will need to put it in the fridge, or you can enjoy it as it is, at room temperature.
Place the cream in glasses, you can help yourself with a pastry bag, top with cocoa if you like and serve, it’s delicious and see how easy it is to make! Make it right away for the friends who come to visit, they will love it!
… Vane’s tips
The coffee cream with water is stored in the freezer, it does not freeze, and remains almost the same consistency as initially.
It is important to use instant coffee, it does not work with Moka coffee, I tried and did not get this result.
As mentioned above, you can use decaffeinated coffee.
Use ice-cold water, put it in the fridge for at least an hour, otherwise in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
