Super delicious and so cute these HALLOWEEN SNAKES, the perfect treat to prepare for this celebration that will be loved by the little ones at home.

Delicious white chocolate treats
filled with chocolate cream: have fun preparing these sweet snakes made with Original Pavesini! They are incredibly easy to make and so tasty that one treat leads to another!

If Trick or Treat on Halloween is a must, then you absolutely must recreate these sweet snakes, make a lot of them because they will fly off the plate!

Follow me straight into the recipe as we make these delicious Pavesini and white chocolate treats together!

Ingredients

  • 24 Original Pavesini
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone
  • 5.3 oz white chocolate
  • as needed orange food coloring
  • 24 sugar eyes
  • as needed colored chocolate confetti
  • 4 tablespoons hazelnut spread

Steps

  • To prepare the Halloween snakes, start with the cream to fill the treats: put the mascarpone in a bowl with the hazelnut spread and mix everything with a spatula until you have a smooth cream, cover with film and place it in the fridge until use.

  • Take the white chocolate, chop it and melt it in a bain-marie or microwave. Add a few drops of food coloring to the melted chocolate, I used gel food coloring, I recommend using this or powdered one, not liquid as it would ruin the consistency of the melted chocolate. Then add enough food coloring to make the chocolate orange.

  • Take the Pavesini, dip them in the melted chocolate and place them on a rack.

    Transfer the mascarpone and chocolate cream into a piping bag.

    Take the cookies again and pair them by filling them with the cream.
    Create the snakes by placing them on a plate and putting sugar eyes and a colored chocolate confetti on top to make the tongue. Let the white chocolate coating dry, you can speed it up by putting them in the fridge. The Halloween snakes with Original Pavesini are ready to be enjoyed, so cute and delicious!

The Halloween snakes can be kept in the fridge for two days.

If you don’t have orange color, you can mix yellow and red to get the desired orange, but you can also color the white chocolate with the color you like or have at home, like green.
