A tasty filling of potatoes, scamorza, and Citterio Smoked Bacon Strips, wrapped in a crispy puff pastry, delicious to enjoy hot with a soft and stringy filling, but they are also very tasty cold, and you can prepare them in advance and heat them in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes.

Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs potatoes
- 3.5 oz scamorza
- 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
- 3.2 oz Citterio Smoked Bacon Strips
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste oregano
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
Steps
Start by boiling the potatoes, I peeled them, cut them into cubes, put them in a bowl, covered with plastic wrap, and cooked in the microwave for 5 minutes. You can boil them in boiling water until they are soft enough to be pierced with a fork.
Mash the potatoes and season them with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, and oregano.
Unroll the puff pastry sheet and fill it with the seasoned mashed potatoes, add the Citterio Smoked Bacon Strips and small cubes of scamorza.
Roll everything up to create a nice roll, compact it with your hands, and cut it into rolls about 1.18 inches (3 cm) thick.
Place all the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes, in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.
Once cooked, let the rolls rest for five minutes out of the oven and then serve them hot.
