Steps
Preparing the soft mint cake with yogurt batter is very simple, take a large bowl and a hand whisk. In the bowl, place the eggs, powdered sugar, flour, and baking powder by sifting them, the yogurt, and the mint syrup.
With the hand whisk, give everything a good mix to have a smooth batter without lumps, you can also use electric beaters if you wish, in a few seconds the batter will be ready. Pour the batter into a greased and floured mold or lined inside with parchment paper.
Pour the chocolate chips into the batter now that it’s in the pan, give everything a quick stir with a spoon. Bake the cake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for about 35-40 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool in its mold, then when serving, cover it with a bit of powdered sugar.
