Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1/4 cup milk (also suitable for plant-based drinks)
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (sweetened is also fine)
Steps
Preparing chocolate muffins is simple and quick, start by placing the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, and using electric beaters, whip everything until you have a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Now pour the oil and milk into the mixture, always mix with electric beaters to mix all the liquid parts well. Now move on to the dry ingredients, then add the all-purpose flour, cocoa, and baking powder, sifting them well. Mix everything well; in the end, the batter should be creamy without lumps.
Also add the chocolate chips and fold them into the batter. Take the muffin tray, place the liners inside, and with the help of a spoon, pour the batter filling them two-thirds full. Bake the muffins in a preheated static oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes. Once cooked, let them cool before enjoying.
