AQUAFABA MOUSSE

  • 7 oz Aquafaba (Refrigerator cold)
  • 3.5 oz 75% dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsps powdered sugar

Steps

  • To prepare these delicious mousses, first melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Let it cool

    Whip the aquafaba with the sifted powdered sugar at maximum speed for at least 3 to 5 minutes.

    Gradually add the chocolate to the whipped mixture, working with a spatula from the bottom up.

    Pour into glass cups and transfer to the refrigerator for at least an hour.
