- 7 oz Aquafaba (Refrigerator cold)
- 3.5 oz 75% dark chocolate
- 2 tbsps powdered sugar

To prepare these delicious mousses, first melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Let it cool
Whip the aquafaba with the sifted powdered sugar at maximum speed for at least 3 to 5 minutes.
