- 1 1/3 cups almond flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/3 cups walnuts
- 3 1/2 oz egg whites
- to taste walnuts
- to taste powdered sugar
SOFT WALNUT COOKIES
To prepare these delicious soft walnut cookies, first finely chop the walnuts and place them in a bowl.
Weigh the egg whites and add them to the chopped walnuts.
Add the almond flour and sugar as well.Knead the ingredients into a dough.
Shape the dough into balls and roll them in powdered sugar, coating them well.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put a decorative walnut on top of each ball, pressing lightly to adhere.
Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C) and bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
