Air-fryer gratinated cherry tomatoes are very easy to prepare. If you’re looking for a tasty side dish, here it is! It takes little time and is ideal to accompany both meat and fish.

Ingredients for the Gratinated Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 1/3 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- to taste garlic powder
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- to taste dried oregano
- to taste basil (chopped leaves)

- 1 Bowl
- 1 Air fryer
- 1 Knife
- 1 Spoon
- 1 Baking tray for air fryer cooking
Preparation of the Gratinated Cherry Tomatoes
First, wash and thoroughly dry the cherry tomatoes.
1 – Take a bowl and place the halved cherry tomatoes inside
2 – Now season them with the breadcrumbs, oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Mix well
3 – Take the air fryer tray and place the seasoned tomatoes inside.
Cook everything at 374°F for 15 minutes.
NOTES
They can be eaten hot or cold.
Best eaten immediately.
