Air fryer chicken thighs were another cooking test with this machine; I must say the meat turned out truly spectacular……very tender inside and the skin nice and crispy as I like it.
To complete the cooking with a nicely browned result for our chicken it took me about 45-50 minutes of cooking at 356°F, but if you don’t like a very browned roast, about 40 minutes will do.
If you season them beforehand and put them in the fridge for at least 1 hour they will be even more flavorful; otherwise season and cook immediately.
I always line the air fryer with a layer of foil and then parchment paper, but if you have an oven tray that fits inside the basket you can use that instead.
If you make any of my recipes, send me the photos and I’ll publish them on my page with your name.
Obviously if you don’t have an air fryer you can still cook them in the oven, with a slightly different but still great result.
So let’s get to work and enjoy your meal!!!

Preparation of Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
Turn the air fryer on, set it to 356°F and preheat for 15 minutes. In the meantime, in a bowl season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic cloves and rosemary, massaging the meat well with the seasoning.
When the air fryer has heated, line the basket with foil and parchment paper or place a baking tray and arrange the meat on it.
Close the basket and cook at 356°F for 45-50 minutes, turning them at least once during cooking.
