Air Fryer Gnocchi

Air fryer gnocchi are a tasty snack to cook in a light way without sacrificing flavor.
Cooking in the air fryer is a simple and quick way to achieve a crispy outside and soft inside texture.
Choosing to cook them in the air fryer instead of traditional frying mainly ensures that the seasoning sticks to the gnocchi and they don’t get soaked with oil.
With this alternative cooking method, you get a lighter and cleaner recipe, while preserving the taste.
They are really special cooked this way, they go fast like chips, considering that they are always potato gnocchi, so they are quite filling.
If you make this or any other of my recipes on my blog, feel free to send me your photos and I will put them on my fb page in your name.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
