- 10.5 oz potato gnocchi (small or medium size)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tbsp paprika

Preparation of Air Fryer Gnocchi
In a bowl, place the gnocchi, add all the ingredients, mix well and transfer them to the air fryer.
Set the machine to 392°F for about 12-15 minutes of cooking, being careful to shake the basket at least a couple of times during the cooking.
When cooking is finished, serve hot.
