Amaretti Ice Cream Without Ice Cream Maker

Amaretti ice cream is really good, you can make it without an ice cream maker and it’s egg-free and very quick to make.
A slightly crunchy ice cream with very few ingredients that satisfies everyone, even those who don’t like amaretti.
Of course, by amaretti, we mean the dry ones, not the soft ones, otherwise they wouldn’t be suitable for crushing… the soft ones are a completely different thing.
The beauty of making ice cream at home is that you can experiment with different flavors, since it’s going to be frozen it can be stored for a few months, but I’m sure we’ll finish it all during the summer, right?
Make the ice cream, put it in the freezer, and it doesn’t even need to be stirred every 2-3 hours because it doesn’t tend to become a block of ice, even after 24 hours the ice cream is hardened, but not too much… try it to believe it!

Everyone will appreciate it.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
