Angus Stew with Peppers

to try at least once, and you’ll find yourself wanting to make it often… too delicious!!!
I don’t know if I ever told you, but my husband is a butcher, so he helps me a lot in getting fresh and high-quality meat!!!
This meat was really tender and picked up the flavor I had imagined tasting.
Peppers are an ingredient that pairs very well with many dishes, plus I love the smell!!! Do you also love peppers?
If you take care to sauté the onion and peppers just right, and then let everything absorb the flavors properly, the recipe will be perfect.
So follow my recipe and make Angus stew with peppers yourself.
If you replicate the recipe, feel free to send me your photos; I’ll post them on my fb page with your name!
