Baked Mussels

Baked mussels are a great dish, often served as an appetizer, and very popular at my house.
I used frozen mussels, already separated because each shell contained the mollusk, but if you buy fresh ones, you will need double the weight.
The breading mixture is how we have always prepared it at home, but I assure you it’s very tasty and sure to be a hit!
This dish should be enjoyed hot and they are not good reheated as they would become rubbery.
They can be prepared in advance and kept in the fridge until cooking.
As for cooking, I indicated 10-15 minutes, but this also depends on the size of the mollusk, if it’s smaller, it will obviously cook faster!
