The beer bread with the Bread Machine is another of my experiments with the Panasonic bread maker.
Very simple to make, once our beer bread is baked, the taste is truly distinctive and I must say it was very well received.
I obtained a very soft bread, excellent for making sandwiches to take to the office or school.
If you also like to experiment as I do, then get to work and make it.
Even if you don’t have a bread machine, knead by hand and with a bit of elbow grease, you’ll have your tasty and fragrant bread.
The result of this type of bread is very soft with a really inviting crumb.

Ingredients for Making Beer Bread with Bread Machine
- 4 3/4 cups Manitoba Flour
- 1 3/4 cups Light Beer
- 2 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 packet Dry Yeast
- 2 tsp Salt

Preparation of Beer Bread with Bread Machine
In the bread machine pan, add the beer at room temperature, dry yeast, sugar, butter, flour, and finally the salt
Set the machine to the basic bread baking program; in mine, it’s program no. 2, set the crust, I chose the maximum crust color, XL size, to indicate the largest format.
Start the machine and let it knead, rise, and bake all by itself.
Once the baking is finished, remove the bread and let it cool.
