Brazilian Cake

The Brazilian cake is one of those cakes I had in mind to make for quite some time, and here it is ready for you to try.
It’s a really quick and easy dessert to make…try it to believe it!!!

Ingredients to make the Brazilian Cake

  • 1 2/3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Instant coffee
  • 1 1/4 cups Whole milk

Preparation of the Brazilian Cake

In a bowl, mix the cocoa with the sugar, flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, stirring everything together.
Separately, dissolve the instant coffee in warm milk, then pour it into the powdery mixture, mixing well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Butter and flour a cake pan and pour the mixture into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
