Ingredients for Making the Cake without a Scale
- 4 eggs (medium)
- 1 glass peanut oil (or sunflower)
- 2 glasses sugar
- 1 glass whole milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanillin (or 1/2 teaspoon liquid vanilla)
- 1 1/2 glass all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Tools
- 1 Glass glass
Preparation of the Cake without a Scale
Take the electric mixer and whisk the whole eggs at maximum speed for at least 10 minutes, then reduce to minimum speed and add the sugar, seed oil, milk, baking powder, vanilla, and finally the flour, always mixing.
Prepare a 9-10 inch diameter mold, if it is not silicon like mine, butter and flour it first.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 50 minutes, checking the cooking with a wooden skewer.
