Cake without a Scale

The cake without a scale is a simple, quick recipe without having to weigh anything.
A perfect cake for breakfast or your children’s snack.
Few ingredients, but at the same time, a lot of flavor, what can I say? In just a few minutes you prepare it and put it in the oven!
As a measuring unit, I used a glass of water, but the important thing is to always use the same glass as a measuring unit.
Follow my recipe and prepare it too!

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
