Chili cookies, an idea born to please my husband who loves spicy flavors, inspired this recipe.
These cookies are really good, you can taste the chocolate with a slightly spicy aftertaste, truly delicious.
Of course, you can make them without chocolate, but my recipe couldn’t miss… I adore chocolate.
Obviously, my husband liked them, so they passed the test… try it to believe it!!
I made 28 pieces, but you can make them smaller for a larger quantity, ensuring the baking doesn’t exceed 10 minutes in that case, but always check.
They are crunchy on the outside and quite soft on the inside, with a slightly spicy flavor contrasted by the chocolate.
Do you love chili? And chocolate? Well, you have to try these… chili cookies with chocolate are the best!
Try making this recipe, and if you do, send me your photos, and I’ll publish them on my page with your name.
