Chocolate Cake with the Bread Machine

The Chocolate Cake with the bread machine is my second experiment with this new Panasonic machine.

This time I made a cake entirely in the bread machine, from preparation to baking.

The CroustinaBread Maker SD-ZP2000 Panasonic is useful for numerous preparations… programs for crispy crust bread, soft bread, cakes, pizza dough, jam, gluten-free bread, and cakes.

The cake was a great success, of course being chocolate, it doesn’t show well in the photo, but it was very soft and everyone at home enjoyed it.

It stays soft for days, great for snacks, breakfast, but also for dessert…try it to believe it!

So just replicate the recipe and if you do, send me your photos, I will post them on my fb page in your name!

Preparation of the Chocolate Cake with the Bread Machine

  • The preparation is simple and quick, the only precaution is to beat the eggs with a fork in a separate bowl, cut the dark chocolate into pieces, and set both aside.

In the bread maker’s pan, put the eggs, butter, milk, sugar, chopped dark chocolate, flour, cocoa, and finally the baking powder.

Set the machine with button 15, even if the time will be too long for the cake preparation, and during operation, it will sound several times, which is usually for adding ingredients, but at each sound press start again.

Once the machine is started and you have pressed start at each sound, once there are 35 minutes left on the machine, turn it off and remove the pan.

  • Wait a few minutes and then remove the cake from the pan, let it cool well, and dust it with powdered sugar before serving.
