The muffins are a sweet similar to plum-cake batter but round in shape and much softer.
They can also be prepared with different fillings and are especially popular in the UK.
I offer them to you with chocolate because you’ve probably already guessed I like it too much!!
Loved by our children, but we adults also appreciate them a lot, and do you like them?
They will remain soft for a few days once prepared if you store them in plastic bags, or even better, in paper bags.
Great for breakfast, a snack, and in my opinion, any time of day.
If you make any of my recipes, send me the photos, and I will publish them on my page with your name.
Muffins are soft, delicious, and in this case…chocolatey!!!
Follow my recipe and prepare them too… I look forward to your comments and hope you like them as much as my family did!
