Classic Bread Without Butter with Bread Machine

The classic bread without butter with the Panasonic bread machine is truly remarkable… yes, I admit it, this appliance has won me over!!!
A machine I thought I would never have at home, even though for me the most useful machine is the stand mixer, I really wanted it a lot!!!
Slowly, I try to get familiar with it, and soon I hope to make different recipes, experimenting and aiming for a good result.
The bread I made with the bread machine is without butter, even if the bread machine, in its recipes, practically always includes it.
I used extra virgin olive oil, and I really liked the result.
This machine is also useful because if you want, you can also use it just to knead and then shape your recipes and bake them in the oven.
If you don’t have the bread machine, you can still make the dough by hand and bake the bread in the oven at 392-428°F and you’ll still get a good result.
If you make any of my recipes, send me the photos, and I’ll publish them on my page with your name.
So now you just have to make my recipe with the bread machine.

In the bread pan, add flour, salt, sugar, water, olive oil, place the pan in the machine, set the crust to the maximum, XL size, program 2 for quick baking.

With quick baking, the bread will be ready in 2 hours.

The bread will be very soft and the crust a bit crunchier, I liked it a lot… try it to believe it!
