Classic fried pizzas

Classic fried pizzas: the secret of a soft dough for homemade street food.
There are flavors capable of transforming an ordinary dinner into a moment of pure celebration and classic fried pizzas undoubtedly occupy a place of honor among these irresistible delights.
This leavened dough, a symbol of the most authentic popular tradition, represents that indulgent guilty pleasure that is impossible to refuse: a concentration of outer crunch and incredible inner softness that wins you over at the first bite.
Although it is an energetic and decidedly indulgent preparation, allowing yourself the pleasure of a perfect fry now and then is a ritual that warms the heart and brings the whole family together around the table.
The secret to a flawless result lies entirely in the care of the dough: a patiently leavened dough worked until silky and then plunged into hot seed oil, where it magically puffs up, becoming golden and light.
Many choose to prepare fried pizzas using leftover bread or classic pizza dough, but to obtain a truly excellent result it’s recommended to dedicate a specific dough to this preparation.
Preparing them especially for dinner, served hot and steaming at the table, is a culinary gesture of love that is always rewarded by the smiles of those present.
Although best enjoyed very hot, just drained from the oil and still fragrant, classic fried pizzas have the extraordinary ability to remain delicious even the next day.
While they lose some of their original crispness, the dough maintains a pleasant and tasty consistency, making them perfect for a quick snack or a different packed lunch.
Whether you decide to enjoy them plain, with a sprinkle of salt, or to enrich them with the most traditional toppings, these fried clouds will give you a unique gastronomic experience.
Let yourself be guided by my recipe and discover how simple it is to bring the cheerfulness of street food into your kitchen.
