Cocoa Ice Cream with and without Ice Cream Maker

The ice cream with and without an ice cream maker is truly a useful recipe for making homemade ice cream without preservatives and with an unparalleled taste.
I used dark cocoa, making the ice cream even more chocolaty, really delicious!!!
With the ice cream maker, it can be made in 15-20 minutes, but the handmade version is also excellent.
I made it with the ice cream maker, so I was able to enjoy it quickly, whereas if made by hand, it needs more time in the freezer.
I love chocolate and add it to almost all my recipes; I rarely omit it. It’s truly good, and I think it enhances the flavor of sweet recipes.
I recommend trying my recipe, and you won’t buy ice cream anymore.
If you make this or any of my other recipes, send me the photos, and I will post them on my page with your name.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
