- 1.3 lbs cod fillets
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp curry
- to taste salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Preparation of Cod Curry Stew
Purchase cod fillet, or frozen cubed cod fillet strips, which are certainly more practical due to their “chunkier” form.
Take the cod fillets, cut them into strips and then into pieces. If you’ve purchased frozen cubed strips, cut them into pieces about a finger and 1/2 wide.
In a bowl, combine the flour with curry and salt, then mix the fish with the flour and sift them in a colander to remove the excess flour.
In a non-stick pan, add the extra virgin olive oil, heat it up, and add the fish. Salt to taste, let it cook over medium heat, stirring often and turning carefully to avoid breaking it too much.
In about 15 minutes the fish will be cooked!
